Savings like that add up quickly, allowing me to deploy capital elsewhere within my organization for things such as expanding my business, providing my crew with better benefits, or having the cash flow to build a giant tower made of chicken and waffles. It’s 75 feet tall now, and it’s glorious.
Every employee gets upgraded to BW Rewards Gold Status, which awards a 10 percent bonus per stay. That gets everyone free room nights quicker for personal use.
